Committee Chairs

The EYH conference, which takes place in the end of April each year, is organized by a group of about 20 student Committee Chairs who are each in charge of different aspects of the program. Each committee has a chair and may also contain several committee members who are learning about how EYH is organized. Chair positions get filled around May for the following year's conference. EYH 2011 is over, but if you are interested in being an EYH Committee Chair/Member or helping out with the conference organization for 2012 please contact us at eyh@ccmr.cornell.edu. Information for Current Chairs

How do I get materials for EYH?

NEVER, EVER buy things with your own money expecting to be reimbursed later!!
The Account Expense Approval Form should be used for ANYTHING you want bought.
Use one form per vendor, and list each item number on the form, along with quantity, color, and any other pertinent information.
Vendors should be Cornell Preferred vendors whenever possible (list here: preferred vendors)
This should be done for EVERY PURCHASE and emailed to Sarah Short (sms274-at-cornell.edu). I will then purchase it for you.
The ONLY exception is if you are buying things from the Chemistry stockroom or the Cornell Store, where you can use the EYH account number to acquire goods. Contact Sarah Short (sms274-at-cornell.edu) to get this account number.
