CICT How to Apply

Program: July 18-22, 2011
Requirements:
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
- Must teach at least one course of high school chemistry or give workshops for chemistry teachers on an on-going basis.

Your application will not be considered complete until all of the following items are received in the CCMR office:- Online Application Form (includes statement of purpose)
- Resumé
- Two Letters of Recommendation (One must be from a direct supervisor)
For the statement of purpose, please keep your answer to fewer than 1000 words. Please consider the following questions when writing your statement:
- What are your professional development goals and how do you think this summer program will help you to meet them?
- How do you envision using this experience in your classroom? How will the experience influence your classroom?
- What else makes you a good candidate for this program?
Supporting materials can be mailed, faxed or emailed to the CCMR office (If recommendation letters are emailed, they must be emailed directly from the recommender's account).
