Training required to use this instrument: General Lab Safety Training (EHS 2555)

Lindberg Vacuum Tube Furnace (Clark Hall) Versatile tube furnace with large tube diameter and variety of gas inputs, pressures, temperatures. Turbo-pumped 120mm diameter quartz tube, system base pressure 10-8 Torr. 1100C maximum temperature.
