One micron diameter mushroom cap shaped polystyrene particles deposited on poly(allylamine hydrochloride) (PAH) coated Cotton/Nylon blend fabric via electrostatic self-assembly. Pictured is the end of a particle coated nylon fiber protruding from fabric surface. The fiber extends back into the plane of the image and bends to the right.
