Hotel Reservations
To reserve your hotel room please call 1-800-541-2501 at The Statler Hotel & J .Willard Marriot Executive Education Center on Cornell Campus directly and request the Reservations Department. It is imperative that individuals indicate they are requesting a room(s) from the reserved block of rooms for the "2012 CCMR Symposium" when making reservations. All reservations must be guaranteed by advanced deposit for the first night's lodging or a valid credit card and expiration date. Credit cards accepted are American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa, Diners Club, and Carte Blanche by The Statler Hotel & J .Willard Marriot Executive Education Center.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your reservation, it will be in accordance with the cancellation policy for overnight guestrooms in effect at the time of reservation dates.
Parking
Parking will be provided by The Statler Hotel & J .Willard Marriot Executive Education Center for overnight guests at a rate of $12.00 per car, per night plus applicable NYS taxes.
Airport Limousine Service
The Statler Hotel & J .Willard Marriot Executive Education Center provides limousine service to and from Tompkins County Airport 7 days per week between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. We strongly encourage guests to make advance reservations by contacting the reservations department or bell captain.
