Partners & Resources in NY State

CCMR Partners:

To facilitate the transfer of technology from New York’s top research universities to commercially viable private-sector-produced products, Empire State Development (ESD) created the Centers for Advanced Technology (CAT) program. The CAT program supports university-industry collaborative research and technology transfer in commercially relevant technologies. The CCMR has partnered with the CATs to provide vital resources and services to NY State businesses

The CCMR partners with FuzeHub, a NYSTAR-funded portal connecting NYS manufacturers to NYS resources. The CCMR staff helps FuzeHub finds the right service providers for NYS companies in need of technical resources.

ESD is also supporting the MEP centers network. They are located across New York State and provide direct business assistance to New York companies in a variety of ways. The CCMR partners with the centers to provide a local link between small businesses and the CCMR across upstate New York. The CCMR holds Information Meetings at the centers to provide an overview of the Industrial Partnerships program.
