Non-Cornell Industry and Academic users must complete sections 1&2 of the above External User Form and supply contact information where invoices can be sent. In order to operate instruments, sections 3&4 of the External User Form must also be completed and during COVID-19 the CCMR COVID-19 User Agreement form must be completed in order to receive Cornell Daily Check notifications.

Boyce Thompson Institute (BTI) users must complete sections 1&2 of the above External User Form in order to obtain a guestID (netIDs cannot be used) and supply contact information where invoices can be sent. BTI users who will operate instruments must complete sections 3&4 of the External User Form. During COVID-19 users must be included in the BTI reactivation plan to receive Cornell Daily Check notifications.

McGovern Center and Praxis users must complete sections 1&2 of the above External User Form in order to obtain a guestID (netIDs cannot be used) and supply Cornell account number or contact information where invoices can be sent. Users who will operate instruments must complete sections 3&4 of the External User Form. During COVID-19 users must be included in McGovern or Praxis reactivation plans to receive Cornell Daily Check notifications.
