If you will be on campus as an instrument operator, complete the safety training and proper CCMR area orientation as described below. 

CCMR has multiple facilities on the Cornell campus. Due to nature of the instrumentation, each facility has slightly different training and safety requirements. Access forms vary slightly for each facility, so you may want to contact the respective facility manager(s) for clarification.

Requirements for instrument and facility access are described in the facility-specific orientations PDF’s at the bottom of this page.

For instrument training and access you must:

1. Read the applicable facility orientation(s) completely.
2. Complete and/or verify the required safety trainings described in the orientation(s) through the Workday Learning system.
   • Cornell users: use your NetID login to access Workday Learning
   • External users without a guest ID or Workday Learning login will need to contact the service desk to create one before logging in to the Workday Learning system.
   • To view your completed trainings, log into Workday Learning and click "My Transcript" under Links in the Learning Home tab.
3. Print out and complete CCMR Access Form page at the end of every facility orientation.
4. Give/email completed form(s) to respective facility manager(s).
