Training Requirements

If you will be on campus as an instrument operator, do the following:

CCMR has multiple facilities on the Cornell campus. Due to nature of the instrumentation, each facility has slightly different training and safety requirements. Access forms vary slightly for each facility, you may want to contact the respective facility manager(s) for clarification.

Requirements for instrument and facility access are described in the facility-specific orientations PDF’s at the bottom of this page.

• Read the applicable facility orientation(s) completely
• Print out and complete CCMR Access Form page at the end of every facility orientation.
• Give/email completed form(s) to respective facility manager(s)

Cornell users, netID login. External users without a guest ID or CULearn login will need to contact the service desk to create one before logging in to the CULearn system. To view your completed trainings, log in, click ‘ME’, ‘My Courses and Transcript’, ‘Completed Learning’, choose date range.
