Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, the CCMR Educational Programs Office has suspended all in-person programs for the foreseeable future.
We are pivoting to remote programing. We are mobilizing our resources to create remote learning tools for K-12 educators.
Visit our Remote Learning Resources page for our developing programs.
CCMR Educational Programs Office provides educational resource for teachers, the Lending Library of Experiments. The Lending Library offers lesson plans and student activity sheets available for download on a wide variety of science topics that have been or are being designed to meet the Next Generation Science Standards (www.nextgenscience.org). We are also adding activity sheets in Spanish. Kits also exist for many of the activities, which can be checked out free of charge, to help teachers facilitate the activity in the classroom. The CCMR Lending Library is made possible through the generous support of the National Science Foundation, Hewlett Packard, and Michael and Lida Riedlinger.
We can only send one kit at a time. If you want to request multiple kits, be aware that we cannot ship out a new one until the previous one is returned!
